What is a Design Edition?
A complete interior concept from our archive — mood, materials, and style — that we calibrate to fit your exact floor plan.
What's the difference between Foundation, Curated, and Signature?
Foundation — furniture and built-ins only. No construction.
Curated — the full architectural scope of your chosen Edition, built exactly as designed.
Signature — the full scope of Curated, co-designed with our team — your materials, your palette.
Can I customize a Design Edition?
Yes, under Signature.
Foundation and Curated follow the Edition as designed in our archive;
Signature is where you and our designers modify it together.
How does the process work?
Four phases:
Dialogue (share your vision) → Edit (choose your Edition, get your quote, sign) → Build (construction, on-site and at our factory) → Space (walkthrough, handover, move in).
How long does a project take?
Timeline depends on your chosen tier and room size. We'll confirm your exact working schedule after your initial consultation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your space and chosen tier. We'll give you a full proposal after your initial consultation.
Do I need a floor plan already?
Yes — a floor plan is required before we can calibrate a Design Edition and quote your project.
What's the payment structure?
Payment is split into three installments:
40% at signing to begin design and kick off procurement,
40% once construction reaches the halfway point,
and the final 20% at handover.
What property types do you work with?
Condominiums and houses — both new properties and renovations.
What's SKETCH by Spacies?
Our furniture and built-in service for anyone who just needs a few pieces — a chair, a dining table, a wardrobe, a kitchen system — without a full room makeover. You bring the idea and measurements, we design, build, and deliver.
Can I bring my own contractor?
No — Spacies is a full-service team. We handle everything in-house, from first sketch to finished space.
